PLANET OREGON COCKTAILS

We've crafted a delightful selection of cocktail recipes to elevate your winter festivities. Not only is this sparkling wine enjoyable, but it also contributes to a good cause—1% of all sales support the Oregon Environmental Council, helping to protect the beautiful places we love to enjoy. Additionally, we are proud to be a certified BCorp, meaning that every sip of Fizz is not just refreshing but also beneficial for the planet. Plus, one bottle contains less sugar than a can of White Claw, making it a smarter choice for your celebrations! 🥂

CLASSIC COMPARI OR APEROL SPRITZ

3oz. chilled Planet Oregon Rosé sparkling wine

1oz. Campari, Aperol or Cappelletti

1oz. chilled club soda (we prefer club soda as there’s a bit of sodium in the water which adds a touch of flavor to the drink)

Orange wedge (for serving)

……….

Fill a wine glass halfway with ice. Pour in 3 oz. chilled sparkling wine, then 1 oz. Campari. Top with 1 oz. chilled club soda and stir gently to combine. Garnish with orange wedge.

THE BOWIE KNIFE

Shout out to an Oregon bartending legend, Jeffrey Morgentahler for this delicious sparkling rosé cocktail.

2 oz. brut rosé
1 oz. London dry gin
1 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. rich simple syrup (two parts sugar, to one part water, by weight, combined in a small saucepan over low heat until sugar is dissolved)

……….

Shake ingredients with ice and top with 2 oz. brut rosé. Strain cocktail over fresh ice in a chilled Collins glass. Yes, that’s right—combine the rosé with the gin, juice and syrup before straining so the ingredients are fully combined in the glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
