You must be 21 years or older to join our wine club or to purchase wine with us.
Wine club releases occur in Winter (March/April), Spring (May/June), and Fall (October/November), or Winter (March/April), and Fall (October/November) depending on enrolled Wine Club Level.
*Mineral Springs Wine Club Members will receive allocations in Winter and Fall.
If you are currently enrolled in one of our Mineral Springs Wine Club levels, you are grandfathered in. These club levels are closed and no longer accepting new members. Should you cancel your Mineral Springs Wine Club Membership, you will no longer be able to re-join a Mineral Springs level club. The Winegrowers Club and Pollinator Club are open and accepting new and returning club members.
Wines included in allocations are subject to change due to availability and a minimum charge may apply to your allocations.
The credit card attached to your membership will be charged automatically for each club allocation. We will always contact you via email so you can know when to expect new charges.
Soter Vineyards requests a one (1) year minimum commitment to the Winegrowers Club. Early Cancellation for any reason results in a $75 termination fee which will be charged to the credit card associated with your membership. Pollinator Club members, however, may cancel at any time without penalty.
Membership is on-going until cancelled. Winegrowers Club members may cancel without penalty after receiving a full year of allocations (equal to three allocations).

Members are allowed one (1) skipped shipment during the lifetime of their membership; however, exceptions may be considered.
Requests to skip a shipment or cancel membership must be received prior to the season’s wine club processing date.
Cancellations of the current allocation or your memberships cannot be honored during the wine club processing period.
If you select to ship your allocations, FedEx is our primary carrier. We can ship via UPS upon request. Please see our shipping policy for more details.
An adult over 21 must be present at the time of delivery to successfully receive all packages containing alcohol. We recommend shipping to a business address, or to your local FedEx location for pick-up, if an adult over 21 is not typically at home on weekdays.
Members are responsible for any sales tax (varies by delivery state) that apply to the purchase and/or shipment of wine.
Members are responsible for all shipping charges, including those incurred for address changes and/or returned shipments.
Please note it is the wine club members’ obligation to notify Soter Vineyards of any account changes (billing/shipping address, phone, email, or payment information) prior to the processing date for each allocation.
To ensure that our wine club members always receive first access to our wines and receive the best pricing possible, we are unable to extend member benefits or member pricing to non-members.
Soter covers Ground and Vinum55 shipping expenses for Winegrowers Case Club Members on their three annual allocations and additional purchases shipped with wine club allocations. To utilize your shipping benefit, orders must be sent on the same date and to the same address as your upcoming club allocation. For Winegrowers Case Club Members whose club allocations are shipped via Express Air, you will receive a 30% saving off the cost of shipping. Please note, these shipping benefits will not be applied to orders placed online. Please contact us directly to place orders to ship with your next allocation and receive your shipping benefit. For our “pick-up” wine club members: We ask that you please pick up your wine within six (6) months of its release. If after six (6) months, you have not picked up your wine or made other arrangements with us to receive your wine, a monthly $10 per order storage fee will be automatically charged. If we are unable to process your storage fee for two consecutive months, your wine will be considered abandoned and ultimately forfeited.
We are unable to process any returns/exchanges after 180 days. Please contact us at 503-662-5600 if you need to make other arrangements.
Wine club members and their guests are admitted to invitation-only events throughout the year. Winegrowers Case Club members for up to a total party of six (6), Winegrowers 6-Bottle and Mineral Springs members for up to a total party size of four (4), and Pollinator members for up to a total party size of two (2) complimentary.
To preserve the integrity of our wine club, and ensure the greatest value to our members, all club benefits including savings on wine and tasting experiences are available exclusively to the member enrolled. We do not allow shared memberships
