Wine Club Policy

Membership Terms and Conditions

  • You must be 21 or older to join the wine club or purchase wine.

  • Allocation wines are subject to change based on availability.

  • The credit card on file will be automatically charged for each allocation, with advance email notifications sent.

  • Membership is ongoing until cancelled. You will be charged the preset wine allocations associated with your membership until cancelled.

Membership Policies

Release Timing: Varies by club level.

Membership Cancellations: Must be requested before the season’s processing date. Cancellations cannot be processed during wine club processing.

Shipping: FedEx is our primary carrier; UPS Ground is available upon request. An adult (21+) must sign for deliveries. For convenience, we recommend shipping to a business address or a local FedEx location if no adult is home during weekdays. Members are responsible for any additional shipping costs due to an address change or returned package.

Account Updates: Members must update address, phone, email, or payment details before each allocation’s processing date.

Taxes and Fees: Members are responsible for sales tax (varies by state), shipping charges, and fees for address changes or returned packages.

Member Benefits: Member pricing and benefits are exclusive to active members and cannot be extended to non-members.

Pick-Up Members: Wines can be stored for six months at no charge. After six months, a $10 monthly storage fee per order applies. If storage fees are unpaid for two consecutive months, the wine will be considered abandoned and forfeited.

Returns/Exchanges: Not accepted after 180 days. Contact us at 503-662-5600 to make alternative arrangements if needed.

Events: Members and their guests receive access to exclusive invitation-only events throughout the year.

Winegrowers Club Policies

Release Schedule: Winter (March/April), Spring (May/June), and Fall (October/November).

Pinot Noir Only Membership: Existing members are grandfathered in, as this club is closed to new members. Canceled memberships cannot be reinstated.

Available Memberships: Winegrowers (mixed varietals) are open to new and returning members. Allocations can be customized to include only Pinot Noir or a mix of wines during releases based on availability.

Commitment: A one-year minimum commitment, extended through three wine club releases is required. Early cancellations incur a $75 fee.

Skipping Allocations: Members may skip one allocation every two years. Requests to skip or cancel must be submitted before the processing date for that season’s allocation.

Shipping Benefits:

  • New Winegrowers 6-Bottle Club members receive 50% savings on shipping for their first shipping order.

  • Winegrowers 12-Bottle Club members receive Ground, Arrive55, or FedEx Cold Chain shipping (Spring allocations only, select states) for three annual allocations and additional orders shipped together at no shipping cost.

  • 12-Bottle members in FL and HI using FedEx Express Air receive a 50% discount on shipping costs for three annual allocations and additional orders shipped at the same time. Benefits do not apply to online orders; contact us directly to place orders with shipping benefits.

  • Winegrowers 12-Bottle Club members enjoy shipping benefits but are responsible for additional costs from address changes or returned packages.

Tasting Benefits:

  • Winegrowers 6-Bottle Club members enjoy unlimited complimentary Classic Tastings and Wine Club Casual Tastings for up to four guests and membership pricing on Provisions Tastings for up to four guests with advanced reservations.

  • Winegrowers 12-Bottle Club members enjoy unlimited complimentary Classic Tastings and Wine Club Casual Tastings for up to six guests and membership pricing on Provisions Tastings for up to six guests with advanced reservations.

Events:

  • Winegrowers 6-Bottle Club members enjoy complimentary access to Wine Club Release Parties for up to four guests with advanced reservations as well as first access to ticketed events.

  • Winegrowers 12-Bottle Club members enjoy complimentary access to Wine Club Release Parties for up to six guests with advanced reservations as well as first access to ticketed events.

Mineral Springs Club Policies

Release Schedule: Winter (March/April) and Fall (October/November).

Membership Status: Current Mineral Springs members are grandfathered in, as the club is closed to new members. Canceled memberships cannot be reinstated.

Alternative Memberships: The Winegrowers and Pollinator Clubs are open to new and returning members. Allocations can be customized to include only Pinot Noir or a mix of wines during releases.

Skipping Allocations: Members may skip one allocation every two years. Requests to skip or cancel must be submitted before the processing date and cannot be made during processing.

Shipping Benefits: There are no current shipping benefits for this club.

Tasting Benefits: Mineral Springs Club members enjoy unlimited complimentary Classic Tastings and Wine Club Casual Tastings for up to four guests and membership pricing on Provisions Tastings for up to four guests with advanced reservations.

Events: Mineral Springs Club members enjoy complimentary access to Wine Club Release Parties for up to four guests with advanced reservations as well as first access to ticketed events.

Pollinator Club Policies

Release Schedule: Winter (March/April), Spring (May/June), and Fall (October/November).

Membership Status: Open to new and returning members with no minimum commitment. Members can cancel anytime and rejoin when ready to resume regular allocations.

Skipping Allocations: Members may not skip allocations in this club, rather cancel and re-join should they need to.

Shipping Benefits: There are no current shipping benefits for this club.

Tasting Benefits and Events: Pollinator Club members enjoy three complimentary visits a year for up to two guests. These visits may be applied to Wine Club Release Parties or Club Casual Tastings with advanced reservations.

To preserve the integrity of our wine club, and ensure the greatest value to our members, all club benefits including savings on wine and tasting experiences are available exclusively to the member enrolled. We do not allow shared memberships.
