This intimate wine dinner is a collaboration between Chefs Clayton Allen of Soter Vineyards, and Chef Kari Kihara of Mac Market. Guests will enjoy an informative and delicious introduction to the evening with an oyster tasting featuring the entertaining oyster connoisseurs from EAT Oyster Bar. Additional hors d’oeuvres will showcase the talents of our culinary team and feature the bounty of the season.
