Please join us for an exceptional evening to celebrate the holiday season at Mineral Springs Ranch. This intimate wine dinner is a collaboration between Chef Clayton Allen of Soter Vineyards, and Chefs John Boisse and Lauren Breneman of Astral PDX.
Guests will enjoy a delicious introduction to the evening with passed hors d’oeuvres and sparkling wines hosted by Winemaker Chris Fladwood on our heated patio. Master falconer Kort Clayton will be onsite showing off his favorite raptors and sharing insights on how we use birds of prey to protect our grapes during harvest.
A festive and seasonal dinner immediately to follow in our cozy lodge and will feature a limited library wine, the 2012 Mineral Springs White Label Pinot Noir. Dinner will conclude with a delectable s’mores dessert experience presented by 1927 S’mores Company. *Tickets may be refunded in full up to 10 days prior to the event, otherwise they are non-refundable. $50 credit is included in your ticket price and may be used to purchase wine, merchandise, or experiences. Credit must be used the night of the event.
