The wines served at this tasting experience range from decades old Cabernet blends and Pinot Noir from California to some of our earliest bottlings in Oregon. Some of these rare gems maybe available to purchase during this event. Due to the fragile nature of these aged bottles, the wine menu is subject to change.
Wine menu includes rare and never before shared bottles from Tony’s personal library like:
Select bottles from the 80’s and 90’s of Spottswoode Cabernet Sauvignon in 3L
Select bottles from the 80’s and 90’s of Etude Pinot Noir in 3L
Select bottles from Chappellet, Araujo, Moraga and of course, Soter Vineyards.
This is just a tease of some of the spectacular wines that will be shared at this incredible tasting.
